SETUP

REFLECTION
Setting this up was pretty easy as I had an idea of what I was doing, basically just lighting a smaller subject than a car. Since it was my second time setting up a lighting situation, it was easier to have people who knew what they were doing to help, being Sydney and Lauren.
Once the lights were all setup it was easy to document what we wanted as we all pretty much had the ideas of poses in mind before starting. The first picture with Zoey holding out the flour was actually a test shot, but it ended up being the perfect lighting so we ended up going with it to shoot the second picture.
When I began to shoot the second photo, the piece of hair on Zoeys right side band was catching a lot of light, so the light on that side needed to be turned down a bit. Which is a simple fix, but a key point to make sure there are not hot spots on her.
The third picture was a bit more difficult, as we had to move the backdrop down to be able to sit Zoey onto it and spread out all of her baking items. One issue I ran into while placing Zoey on the ground, was that the lights were still positioned to her standing. So therefore, there was big shadow behind her. With Sydneys' help, we were able to figure out the shadow behind Zoey and tone it down a bit, but we weren't able to get rid of it completely.
One thing I would change about this setup would be the backdrop, as Jeff said when we were shooting, you would typically want a seamless, non wrinkled backdrop. In our case, we didn't have a steamer or iron, so this was not something we could fix. Therefore, when I shoot my assignment I will make sure that the backdrop is seamless and that there are no wrinkles in my final product.
